About Chris Beaty

My first foray into electronics was in the 5th grade when my Radio Shack electronics project failed to place in the school science fair.I was hooked anyway, and finished competing with a second place win in the DARPA AUVS (autonomous aerial robotics) international competition. (1992)Since then, I’ve designed hundreds of PCB and systems primarily intended for hostile or industrial environments. While my primary focus has been in PCB design, I have a healthy knowledge of many related disciplines that have led to many fascinating projects:Interesting projects: ( mix of professional and hobby projects )
