Experienced Social Worker with a demonstrated history of working in mental health and public education fields. Strong community and social services professional with a Masters of Social Work from the University of New England. Further training from the University of Southern Maine, with a certificate of advance study in school counseling. Currently Licensed in the State of Maine as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker as well as holding a certificate of school counseling for the state of Maine.I currently work full time in public education as a school counselor and have a private, part-time outpatient counseling business. At school, the majority of my time is spent helping students through academic and career counseling. In my outpatient work I assist clients with a myriad of issues ranging from depression, anxiety, family problems, sleep disorders, autism, adhd, spiritual challenges, relationship issues. I also offer Christian counseling, and parental coaching. I do have experience with substance use and clients who have been through trauma situations.
