Round Lake Beach Il

Consulted out to the Round Lake Beach Public Works Department to create proactive reports detailing ways that the Village can improve its municipal system. I worked with ArcGIS software to improve utilities including storm, sewer, and water mains. I performed inspections of roads, sidewalks, and sewers all individually, and oversaw contracted asphalt work on a walking path I recognized for failures.

Managed a committee of 40 members with the goal of recruiting excellent young men and emerging leaders. Organize and plan events for new members along with staying in constant communication with over 400 potential new members during the three week recruitment process.
