Hard working with an entrepreneurial drive. With 5 years in the transportation industry, currently serving as a Logistics Coordinator at Twin Cities Transport & Recovery in addition to lead dispatch. I oversee a fleet of 30 trucks ranging from light duty flat bed trucks to heavy duty wreckers. I am responsible for assigning freight/jobs as well as maintaining driver morale and safety. Previous to TCTR, I spent 4 years as a Fleet manager at Anderson Trucking Service. While at ATS I managed a fleet of 35- 40 lease drivers and owner/operators. I was responsible for almost all aspects of a drivers interactions with ATS, whether it be finding and assigning freight, settlement issues, or transitioning from lease driver to owner operator, just to name a few. I started my career with Enterprise Rent-a-Car, completing their renowned Management Training program where I served as an Assistant Manager at several locations. at Forest Lake I managed the location with out a branch manager where I was solely responsible for all aspects of day to day operations.
