Director of Civil Engineering in which I provide a leadership role on municipal and site development projects for both the private and public sector. Municipal infrastructure experience includes roadway rehabilitation and reconstruction plans, traffic signal design, sanitary and storm sewer conveyance systems, sanitary pump stations, C.S.O. reduction/elimination systems, water main distribution systems, drainage studies, sanitary sewer studies, master sanitary sewer planning, traffic studies, surveying, and OPWC financing.In addition, extensive experience in commercial, residential, and educational site development projects including low impact design strategies, green infrastructure systems, permitting, and pre/post construction BMP's. Managerial experience includes business development, marketing, proposal writing, interviewing with prospective clients, tracking project budgets, client interaction, design team coordination of work tasks, invoicing, obtaining governmental approvals, mentoring junior engineers and delivering projects using Design-Bid-Build and Design-Build procurement methods. I am a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts, Nevada and New York. In addition, I am ODOT Pre-Qualified for Non-Complex and Complex Roadway design.
