Introduced a hybrid cloud setup with a new cloud API and a fast, secure RabbitMQ messaging system for seamless communication between cloud and on-premises systems.User & Group Permission System:Designed and implemented a comprehensive user and group permission system to enhancemanageability. Enabled granular access control by introducing role-based permissions, simplifying user management and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Creating G2 Secure, a one-touch safety and security solution with instant door-locking capabilities and emergency communication with first responders.Develop features for several web applications and APIs using Node, Vue.js and Python/Flask. I manage the deployment pipeline for these web applications using a wide variety of methods and tools, including Docker.Build features for MacOS and Windows Desktop applications using Qt for PythonBuilt a Python application to track SIP phones connected to multiple local area networks (for schools). The application tracks device statuses and conditionally executes tasks.

Developed a variety of internal software tools using .NET, C#, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, Vue.js, HTML/CSS, XML/XSLT and interacting with numerous REST APIs to improve the data, efficiency and usability of internal tools that are crucial to the daily work for people across several teams.Built a system to significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of a crucial business process. I figured out how to build a first-class concept using only inaccurate and redundant data scattered throughout the system.Refactored a computationally intensive feature crucial for saving human time and increasing accuracy. I accomplished this task by using the Visual Studio Performance Profiler and the concepts I learned in my Data Structures and Algorithms courses. I managed to shave the CPU utilization by more than a half.Integrated with a new set of APIs that required a major rework because we were swapping service providers. Despite the old and new APIs being entirely different, I figured out how to make the transition seamless for our users.Improved the quality and quantity of data coming into our system via web crawlers. This involved modernizing our parser to use newer web standards as well as improving the algorithms used to make decisions about the content that we find.

Built a modern WordPress template from scratch using PHP, HTML, CSS, Twitter Bootstrap, LESS and GULP in 3 months with no experience. I used the documentation on wordpress.org and php.net to learn what I needed to accomplish the task.The rate of people inquiring about Edge Energy’s services through the website almost doubled.

Created a system to run hundreds of automated tests every night. The automated testing reduced the introduction of bugs and helped make sure that features continued to work as we developed features rapidly.Developed usability improvements based on customer feedback using Node, JavaScript, AngularJS, Stylus, CSS and HTML.
