I am an experienced and well-rounded district manager with a proven background in employee development, sales growth, merchandising, inventory accuracy and public relations.I've had some incredible experiences in my current position from traveling to China to perform quality control to appearing live on a national broadcast of Fox and Friends. I enjoy continually learning on the job from my peers and use all of my unique experiences in the training and development of the managers I lead.The 15 superstore showrooms that I am responsible for span across 4 time zones and are some of the highest volume of the largest fireworks retailers in the country. Reliability and self-motivated are two traits that I believe most reflect me as an individual. I carry a strong belief in personal interaction when developing employees, listening to ideas, wants and needs, while carrying specific messages of policy, expectations and goals. Outside of work, travelling is a passion of mine! I have visited over a dozen different countries and I find people and other cultures very fascinating! I believe visiting different parts of the country and world always bring a new perspective. I am driven by competition and enjoy participating in various physical activities such as basketball, golf, exercising and keeping up with my two incredible kids.
