Project Manager
Current- Responsible for overall project performance through all phases from inception to completion. - Drive project development and implementation utilizing teams of specialized professionals.- Obtain resources to implement projects while ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.- Perform budget planning and manage portfolio costs exceeding $30M. - Align project goals with Executive Team objectives to improve station asset reliability.- Communicate project impacts and change requirements to projects committee and leadership.- Perform Risk analysis and contingency planning.- Monitor, coordinate, and evaluate vendor activities. Engage in contract negotiations.- Coordinate or lead job walk-downs, perform field observations and provide feedback.- Managed multi-discipline projects at both PSEG Salem & Hope Creek generation facilities.
