I am process and results driven. I am dedicated to the relationships and process within my career. I want to learn, not only what the process that are within my functional area, but also how the work I do connects to the other business processes.I enjoy working with people and getting a hand on approach to problem solving, finding solutions and improving process to make jobs easier. I believe in strong working relationships based on trust and reliability among each other.I am excellent with Microsoft Systems (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and have used several other training programs like UPK and Articulate for use as interactive training tools.I have spent several years training in different environments and to various sizes of audiences from small groups (5 -15) to larger groups (200+) in open classroom and conference calls/web conferencing using several different training programs and tools (UPK, Articulate, Balsamiq, and Visio).I have spent the last 12 years working directly with system development and integrations both using waterfall approach as well as AGILE methodology. I have filled every capacity from the performer (BA) to the product owner and SCRUM master. In these capacities I have focused in using proven industry standards to track tasks like JIRA story management and sprint planning, QTEST for testing. I have found most successes come from being organized and holding standard meetings to review progress and alignment with the end customer.I have enjoyed using skills in speaking a foreign language to help carry out and implement training for international plants.My biggest accomplishment is the relationships I have gained through the experiences of working with a wide variety of end users in many different roles and cultures. Seeing those I have worked with be able to use new systems and confirm that the work we have done has made their work easier and more efficient has been my biggest reward.
