The VisionTM platform processes nearly 5,000 orders per day consisting of settlement service transactions for the real estate mortgage industry.- Responsible for annual budget of $45M consisting of technology expenses, capital expenditures and personnel. - Drove formation of Vision 6 development team as a complete redesign of VisionTM platform. Vision 6's enhancements and replacement of third-party dependencies reduced overall cost of business processing by 20%.- Championed the successful migration of ServiceLink production system from Moon Twp. location to their newly-constructed Hopewell Data Center. The migration, completed in July of 2009, was considered the largest and most complex migration of a production system completed by Fidelity.- Established an offshore outsourcing model in late 2008 to reduce overall development expenses for all lines of business. Average hourly rates for the SDLC were reduced by over 50%.

Successes & Achievements:- Consolidated disparate technology systems of the three major business units of the newly-formed Fiserv Lending Solutions (General American Corporation, Integrated Loan Services, and Case Schiller Weiss). The 12-month project consisted of a thorough business process review, software customization phase, implementation and training of the entire operations staff.- Managed the GATORSystems business unit of FLS. GATORSystems consisted of 60+ employees supporting the GATORSTM technology platform for FLS and 40+ other clients through licensing and hosting services.- Consistently met sales goals of GATORSystems' hosting and licensing initiatives. By the end of 2005, GATORSystems had grown to $10M in revenues with over 40 customers.
