Made major contributions to Igenica's cysteine-bridging homogeneous antibody drug conjugate (ADC) platform:• Led a screening project to find an improved cysteine-bridging linker which resulted in the company's lead linker• Led project for creating homogeneous ADCs with 2 or 3 drugs per antibody using hinge cysteine knockouts in combination with cysteine-bridging linkers• Developed novel analytical HPLC method for separation and quantitation of ADC isoforms created by conjugation process• Responsible for delivery of Igenica ADC's, including synthesis, purification, and analysis of conjugates

• Setup and maintained a small chemistry lab to produce antibody drug conjugates (ADC's) - routine delivery of ADC's for preclinical animal experiments was enabled within 6 months of joining lab• Lead ADC was licensed to Fortis Therapeutics for clinical development• Responsible for synthesis of ADC linker-payload, conjugation to antibodies, purification and analysis of conjugates• Developed a method for creating siRNA-antibody conjugates
