I am equally passionate in my dual roles as a Research Analyst at the Vera Institute of Justice and as the CEO/Founder of Belcher Property Group. While working with Vera I've developed a robust set of hard and soft skills essential for navigating the complex world of data analysis and social impact research. At Vera, I assist the research team in designing and implementing studies that help transform correctional cultures and drive positive change for historically underserved populations. On the entrepreneurial side, founding Belcher Property Group has been fueled by a desire for financial freedom and to share what I know to help others build their financial future. My aim is to help people navigate real estate investing, from the basics of building credit and starting an LLC to securing funding and finding the right property. It is fulfilling to see people work towards financial independence and change the lives of their families. Both roles keep me grounded and motivated, balancing strategic thinking, research, and mentorship. It’s about creating impact, whether influencing policy change or empowering someone to make their first big investment.
