Remote monitoring and troubleshooting of technical issues for multiple clients, including Affinity Health System and Coke Cola, Decision making of if an issue can be resolved remotely, if it can wait for a morning technician or if an issue needs to be paged out to an on-call technician

Active Directory object creation and upkeep, WSUS server software updates, Exchange server 2007 upkeep and management, Software deployment via LANDesk, Time Projections for projects, Server security review and recommendations, ACL review and upkeep, Verify and perform system backups in tape environment, Project work as assigned, Daily support of in-house issues

Troubleshoot and repair technical issues for network, computer and phone issues, prioritize incoming tasks based on severity of issue, mass distribution of software via SCCM, create end user documentation and train end users as needed, participate in disaster recovery planning and mock disasters, verify and perform system backups, overnight network maintenance as required, participate in on-call rotation
