• Financially led the launch of the P&G’s Innovation Management System (IMS) and digitalization of innovation management process. The 1st year IMS wins included: launching IMS on time and on budget, globally training F&A analysts responsible for innovation management, and improving a vendor relationship because of an early intervention about expectations• Created a framework and tool to aid P&G’s Corporate Marketing Function in building marketing capabilities through external partnerships and acquisitions.• Strategically led the creation of a new budget and planning process for P&G’s Global Talent Supply group. (annual spend of ~$120 Million)

• Created a funding strategy for Air Care, Dish Care, and Surface Care that allowed the Home Care Category to incrementally invest in “Where to Play Choices” while sufficiently investing in our core customers (Top 6)• Led a cross-functional team for an innovation challenge which resulted in an innovation change in strategy on Dish Care and direct recognition from the Category General Manager• Delivered Trade Spend Forecasts with <0.5% accuracy across three separate business lines (+$100 Million in total)

• Developed a breakthrough coupon plan reporting capability which provided visibility to regional leadership and enabled business discussions to optimize over $500 Million of coupon plans• Created a strategic "playbook" on how each P&G category should leverage paper coupons• Led Loss Analysis Symposiums on Coupon optimization for P&G’s Home and Pet Care resulting in over $10 Million of Savings between both categories.

• Led a five-member team to develop iPhone and Android mobile apps designed to track user location and behavioral data• Leveraged user profiles and mobile location data to help companies target consumers through viral marketing and advertising• Fostered the professional and technical growth of team members through mentorship and careerplanning

• Developed a risk mitigation strategy to protect $236 million of sales within the bath tissue category• Created an alternative business model for a brand in the bath tissue category that increased the value of that brand by $5 million• Developed an alternative growth strategy that maximized volume growth while minimizing costs

• Created new testing plans in the Inventory Receipts and Freight Payment audit processes which resulted in greater risk coverage and reduced testing time• Developed a document handling policy used to guide over 15+ team members in auditing documents consisting of confidential employee information• Collaborated with a l0-member team to produce a recruiting strategy focused on increasing employment retention among graduates from the Atlanta University Center (AUC - Morehouse College, Spelman College, and Clark Atlanta University)

• Alabama Power. Birmingham, AL: Created and guided training on standardizing vendor contract development, negotiation, and bidding procedures for contract administrators at three Alabama power plants• Georgia Power. Atlanta, GA: Led the statistical analysis of a $3.5 million supply chain cost-saving initiative which resulted in the discovery of duplicate billings amounting over $75,000 and a reassessment of the cost saving initiative• Gulf Power, Pensacola. FL: Managed work order approvals, asset retirements. and asset unitizations for three separate coal-fired plants, accounting for over $10 million of assets• Southern Nuclear.
