I am responsible for leading and directing the operations of our W2 staffing department for experiential marketing. I oversee a team of 15 internal employees who specialize in event staffing. Our company employees thousands of part time event specialist representing our clients' brands. The Director of Business Development. Manager of Client Services, and Manager of HR-People report into my role providing critical operational updates regarding the performance of the company. My role involves working with company ownership on company expansion and strategic growth in the experiential marketing industry.

My primary responsibility is to provide our clients with quality in store demo and promotional services to meet their needs, whether it be new product launch or increased sales opportunities for established brands. I partner with our clients and determine what the best strategic vision is for their company and how to drive results. In addition, I manage and act as the liaison between our clients and our staffing agents/demo staff to effectively complete marketing campaigns from start to finish. Establishing new staffing opportunities with current and new clients and expanding the offerings Big Orange Productions currently holds are additional job duties.

I am a Talent Booking Agent for Big Orange Productions, the largest promotional staffing agency on the East Coast. Have you ever been to a popular retail store, at a concert, enjoying a drink at a bar, or walking the streets of a major city and someone was distributing samples and interacting with consumers- well, that's what we do! Our models help spread brand awareness and create face-to-face interactions to boost sales. We handle staffing needs from Maine to Virginia, and other major cities, and our sister company, On The Rocks Models, staffs events in the Midwest. Whether it be an on-premise liquor promotion, a merchandising event, a food sampling program, or a street team event, we have the best models for you!

My primary goal was to build membership through various marketing techniques such as direct mailings, social networking events, sponsorship days, tradeshows, etc. In addition, I was responible for print/radio advertisements and was the Chair Person for the New Horizons Committee, a group created to spread Social Responsibility through the cities the credit union serviced.
