Working in the Regulatory Affairs team I work with a range of stakeholders including the Money Advice Service. I have worked across a wide range of policy areas including mortgages, pensions, and the senior manager regime. I am currently involved in creating a new regulatory framework for Claims Management Companies. I have experience of a number of different team roles from being project manager to a more research-based role. The BAU part of my role involves improving the regulatory data the FCA collects and writing the rules that set out the reporting requirements.
