Reporting directly to the Field Sales Director, My role encompasses the overall successful promotion, selling, and utilization of the Women's Healthcare portfolio, with emphasis on the Mirena Interuterine Device. I work with Large accounts, hospitals, group practices and IPAs to secure contracts, pricing, rebates and bulk purchases. I collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Regional Directors and Integrated Healthcare Network Regional Directors in order to move the sales process along. This role is 100% financially based and covers WA, OR, Northern California, Idaho, Northern Utah, Wyoming, Montana and Alaska.

Responsibilities include: In depth review of individual territories and managed care, trending, forecasting and sales specific coaching. Comprehensive region plans to achieve yearly sales goals. Management of corporate resources to achieve yearly sales goals. HR responsiblities for a given district. Have had multilple Geographies over the 7 years as a manager.

Sales of Female Healthcare products to OB/GYNs spanning from Lancaster CA. to Fresno CA. Products included Climara, Tri-levlen, Levlen, Levlite, Yasmin, Mirena, Menostar and Climara Pro.

Territory management of Document systems for Major accounts. Prospecting for new accounts and working with current customers.
