ARF, or Animal Rescue Fund is a non-profit organization that works to find homes for various animals throughout the area. As a kennel assistant, I was responsible for the cleaning and care for the dogs in the adoption shelter.

A racing, casino, and entertainment facility. I first interned in catering for catering management and was later transferred to the kitchen of the Big Deli, where I was responsible for food preparation and dishes. On Fridays and Saturdays, I was responsible for the casino-side hot dog cart; managing it's product though the evening.

A retirement and nursing facility. Here I was assigned to the recovery and hospice kitchen area. I was responsible for taking orders and serving residents and guests. Occasionally I was the coffee host in for the retirement area. I often delivered snacks to residents after dinner.

During my tenure there, many of out inbound calls were from New Jersey as we were trying to rectify damaged and destroyed products from Hurricane Sandy.
