I am assigned to create the job hazard analysis for my phase of work on a daily basis. I’ve planned various phases of work, so I understand what can/cannot be done in a designated timeframe. I will do field measures to get concrete/material takeoffs, as well as having assistance from blue beam. I am assigned with running crews on a daily basis. I am experienced with concrete tilt-up panel layout. I have experience running a GPS for layout purposes, using/setting up an eye level/laser, as well as using a total station. I have a vast knowledge of carpentry to perform the desired tasks given to me, as well as the problem solving capabilities to figure out what to do if there is any dilemmas or issues that arise in the field. I can comfortably operate forklifts, aerial lifts, and competently give hand/verbal signals to other operators. I understand how to rig material and what rigging to use in each situation. I track manpower, hours, and production when running the crews. I’m not afraid to ask questions to the leadership above me to get their input about the situation and get more of the planning information. I comfortably read blueprints and can figure out what needs to be done to complete the tasks given to me with little to no assistance from the leadership.
