To say it can't be done is to admit defeat before you even try. My desire is to start two non-profit organisations. The first is to address the issue of unnecessary violence. This is not be an anti-war or even an anti-gun thing, but is instead to be a service that addresses all forms of unnecessary violence from domestic and sexual to racial, social and religious, be it in countries in peace or in war anywhere and everywhere in the world. This is to be done with a 3 pronged approach. 1. To educate 2. To heal 3. To redirect. To prevent where possible, to heal where needed and to redirect to stop. To address the public, the targets of violence and the perpetrators. And to do this online with the goal of connecting those who need the help with those local to them who can provide it, and if none is available, provide what help we can when and where we can.The second is simply to pray for our leaders, wherever and whoever they leader, be they political, social, business, religious or sporting, or even just in their home. To establish an interdenomational and international, apolitical organisation commited to supporting and upholding leaders, seeking after God's wisdom and guidance on their behalf, and upholding them in prayer in connection with their health, families and well-being, to help them as they lead, to allow God to make them better leaders and to make the world a better place for us all.The hard part is I have all the reasons not to be able to do this, financial, health, even business acumen. Can't may be my reality, but this can not stop me, else those who need their reality to change may not find the help they need to achieve it. Although I can't, I must.End the Violence and Pray For Our Leaders are these two organisations but as of today (April 2015) they are still little more than facebook pages and twitter accounts, I really need help to make them be what they need to be.
