Chris is an architect with over 30 years experience on a wide variety of building types including offices and business centres, public and private sector housing, estate master-planning, schools and nurseries, hotels and leisure, industrial units and car showrooms, police and fire stations, historic buildings and churches.Chris formed the company (formerly called Belvedere Architecture) in September 2011 having previously worked in private practice and local government.Specialties: Business centres, housing, leisure, community, historic buildings and churches.Has experience of sustainable design including office design to BREEAM excellent and housing design to level 6 of the Code for Sustainable Homes.Chris is accredited as a 'Specialist Conservation Architect' on the RIBA conservation accreditation scheme.
