-Responsible for P&L and strategy for Diageo North America’s Convenience business which drives $550MM+ of NSV for NAM and is a key growth driver for the overall company. -Finalist for the F23 Global Value Creator Global Finance Excellence Award for work done to automate Convenience financial reporting. There were 182 individual nominations for this award category and I was in the top 14. -Led 2 out of 5 pillars for convenience strategy refresh and the broader team was 1 out of 4 teams awarded F24 North America Cheers Award. F24 Cheers awards consisted of 120 nominated employees making up nearly 40 individual and team nominations from 11 different locations across North America.

-Responsible for financial planning and analysis for North America’s $1.5BN+ cost of goods sold budget as well as specific oversight for the $350MM+ logistics budget.-Recipient of the 2022 Amazing Finance Teams Productivity and Simplicity Award for work to automate the planning and analysis of the logistics budget. Award was based on 84 entries company-wide within the finance function.

-Led a team of 4 finance professionals and responsible for all financial controls and managing the $140MM+ budget for General Mills’ Wellston, OH manufacturing site. The 900+ employee Wellston site is the sole producer of all Totinos’ products, one of General Mill’s key $1BN+ brands. -Implemented a revised budget tracking process that helped drive a 13.1% volume adjusted reduction to the manufacturing budget over my tenure, making Wellston one of the best performing plants in North America and resulted in a nomination for the company wide Champions of Finance award.

-Responsible for managing the $200MM trade budget for General Mills Power Region which drove over $900MM in gross sales and $700MM in net sales for General Mills’ North America Operating Segment.-Recognized as a Reported Net Sales star from the Chief Customer Officer at the 2018 National Sales Meeting, an award normally only given to employees within the sales function, for developing an enhanced trade planning system.
