Assists the Operations Manager in directing the mobile engineering services operation and maintenance of all assigned buildings. Provides direct support to field operations, performance metric tracking and reporting, and implements strategic material acquisition strategies.

Control the daily operation of all mechanical equipment in the physical plant and buildings. Perform maintenance and repairs to the Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Furniture, Fire, Life Safety, and Control systems for the facility to keep these systems up to applicable standards

Complete shift assignments as required in accordance with established guidelines.Patrol the interior and dock areas of the facility. Patrolling may include foot, bike and/or vehicle patrolling.Complete written incident reports and departmental documents.Perform crowd control.Perform physical security, crime prevention and safety inspections.Respond to emergency situations.Provide public safety.Investigate complaints or calls for service.Provide safety escorts.Serve as a point of information to the general public.Perform other duties, functions, special projects and responsibilities as assigned by the Security Sergeant.
