System has 57 users and is used to manage the development and release of approximately 30 different marketing pieces per month.  Managing $5,000,000 effort to redesign and re-launch 2 websites for Transamerica Capital Management utilized by approximately 1,500,000 policyholders, agents and financial advisors. Team includes stakeholders from Marketing, Operations and IT.  Serve as primary operations point of contact and relationship manager for AEGON’s partnership with the Vanguard Group, which has approximately 99,000 policyholders with approximately $7,000,000,000 in assets under management.  Manage weekly and monthly sales reporting process for all of Transamerica Capital Management’s lines of business.

Prosoft, LLC Project Manager Contractor with HumanaWorked with Marketing, Operations, Product Development and IT to collect, document, finalize and gain approval of requirements for MyHumana member website redesign effecting approximately 6,000,000 online registered subscribers. Managed project change and scope control to balance client needs with IT capabilities to meet deliverables. Mentored business by providing knowledge of technical components of redesigned website to facilitate their ability to leverage new web functionality.
