I am a pharmacoepidemiologist and health services researcher with over 20 years of experience leading research teams, departments and organizations in academia, consulting and the pharmaceutical industry focused on assessing the value of pharmaceuticals, devices, biologics and other healthcare interventions by measuring clinical, economic and humanistic outcomes through clinical research and real world evidence.In my current role, I lead the Clinical Data Science & Evidence department at Novo Nordisk in the US which includes over 80 amazing people who plan, conduct and synthesize real world evidence and insights on the use of our products to better understand the value they bring to patients and the healthcare system.
