- Responsible for training, managing and motivating 5-10 sales executives in California, Nevada and Wisconsin.- Effectively maintain and increase sales volume in assigned territories.- Create a fun, high energy sales environment to help motivate and encourage a culture of success.- Accompany sales executives on sales calls and run sales presentations as needed for mentoring purposes. - Facilitate ongoing weekly training and learning opportunities to ensure sales executives have all the necessary resources to be successful.- Analyze CRM activity reports, market trends, and sales forecasts to make sure OKRs are achieved.- Recruit, interview and hire talented sales professionals.- Major contributor in building a title & escrow sales division from zero orders to 100+ orders within three months of joining Doma.
