Community Partnership School is an independent elementary school, dedicated to providing an affordable, high-quality education to children from low-wealth, low-income backgrounds in North Philadelphia. CPS seeks to shape curious, compassionate, resilient scholars who will be future leaders in their community. As a board member, and co-chair of the Building Committee, I am spearheading our initiative to develop a new school building. We are in the process of acquiring a 1920's era 70,000 square foot industrial property in the Brewerytown neighborhood which will allow us to expand programming and double our student body. As leader of the committee, I am responsible for driving the entire development process, including acquisition, design, and construction.
