Responsible for the retail market located inside of the restaurant, which included coordination with the Restaurant’s Operators and staff. Responsible for planning and reviewing department inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, and processes seafood products according to company standards to maximize sales and gross profit. Responsible for all opening, transition and closing procedures, supervision of entire staff, guest relations, maintaining LSF's quality. I was responsible for intake process for all cases that day. My responsibilities included, interviewing, processing, documenting, probation matters, and drug and alcohol testing. I worked closely with the probation and prosecution office and was lucky enough to receive hands on experience.

Special Investigations Unit 2008; I interned with the detectives at the Salem Police Station where I was directly involved in several sting operations. I also participated in the location of a suspect that was wanted on several warrants. I was also taught and actively participated in lifting and taking fingerprints from suspects and objects they may have touched.

Received and organized orders for several restaurants; responsible for delivery to 15-20 restaurants on the South Shore and Cape Cod.

Responsibilities included stocking the meat case, selling products from meat and seafood cases, making hamburger, filleting fish, and steaming seafood.
