As a supervisor i monitor and maintain a successful daily flow in the cath lab. I assist in rooms as needed, help to transfer/transport patients. I plan for future events in the cath lab. I help my team-members have a successful day.

As an invasive specialist my skills were used in scrubbing and monitoring cardiac cath lab, peripheral vascular, and limited amounts of electrophysiology lab procedures.

As an adjunct faculty staff member of the Cardiovascular Technology program i am responsible for helping new students become familiar with cath lab procedures. My primary focus was on the lab portions of the students education. I taught some hands on techniques to use during cath lab procedures as well as educating the students on the various types of equipment used in a cath lab. After educating the students i was tasked with clinical check-offs to ensure full retention of knowledge.

In the U.S. Navy Seabees i was a heavy Equipment Operator (EO). I achieved the rank of E-5 (Petty Officer Second Class) and as such i was responsible for leadership at the squad level and sometimes the platoon level. As an EO i worked in military construction in various locations around the world and in many different types of construction jobs.
