Resident in Counseling working towards licensure as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia. I am a graduate from Old Dominion University’s CACREP accredited Mental Health Counseling program. My passion for the counseling field has centered on the integration of multicultural counseling competencies and theory. I have experience using CBT, motivational interviewing, humanistic and postmodern theories in my clinical practice. My specialties include: LGBT affirming CBT, mindfulness based practices and group psychoeducation.
