I am in my second year of studies and have already completed some engineering major-specific courses such as Differential Equations, Physics 1, and Statics. Currently, I am taking Thermodynamics, Mechanics of Materials, and Physics 2, and am looking to take Dynamics, Structure and Properties of Engineering Materials, and Introduction to Engineering Design with CAD during the spring semester.

- I became and often used my certification in forklift and overhead crane operation- I organized skids of metal parts to help with the efficiency of the welders- I worked with my superior to reorganize sections of the shop to facilitate future projects and construction- I took inventory and reorganized the air fittings, hydraulic fittings, nuts, bolts, and wiring which gave me a much better understanding of the nomenclature and the uses of these items

- I often took orders over the phone and in person- I was tasked with managing the takeout order- I prepared sauces, drinks, and other things when needed- I learned how to work under pressure with many moving parts and have greatly benefitted from this experience
