Reviewed and assessed new mining information, including the interpretation of phase one and two site investigation reports particularly drilling logs in relation to underground workings. Provided effective customer service with internal and external customers. Acted as a point of contact for all information needs. This included helping customers order abandoned mine plan searches (AMC) and facilitating their interpretation / analysis of mining reports.Supported the wider internal business as an expert mining consultant.
