The Vice President of Technology and Infrastructure delivers NY CREATES’s technology and infrastructure vision. This includes implementing a strategy that allows the NY CREATES infrastructure, facilities, and capabilities to enable internal technology strategy and partner program interactions. The role manages the 300mm prototyping facility teams - including Facilities, EHS, Operations, and Engineering - that work within and support the development and production lines at the Albany Nanotech Complex and Rochester TAP Facility. This includes operation of the prototyping lines for the CSR, TEL, META, TAP, and future consortia R&D housed within the NY CREATES fabs. This role also manages executive-level relationships with current and future strategic partners.

Executive position managing the 300mm research, development and production lines at the Albany Nanotech Complex. This includes the operation of the CSR, TEL, META, and potential future NSTC fab. This role also includes relationship management of current and future strategic partners including, but not limited to, IBM, TEL, Applied Materials, Lam Research Corp, SUNY academic programs, and the AIM Photonics program. Responsible to ensure the lines operate to contractual obligations; and where growth/site expansion is needed - planning and implementing a process to realize such expansion.
