Technical troubleshooting within an enterprise environment. Provide technical support for 1200+ hotels and hospitality management groups. Responsibilities include active directory maintenance, network troubleshooting, hardware roll-outs, server crashes, slow-downs, and data recoveries. Engaged and tracked Level 1 issues, with responsibility for the timely documentation, escalation (if appropriate), resolution and closure of trouble tickets. Exceeded issue-resolution targets and achieved exemplary customer satisfactionHandled technical/mission-critical calls daily and consistently met high service standards.Responsibilities Overview:-Troubleshoot and resolve escalated customer and vendor issues -Perform regularly scheduled maintenance on systems/applications -Provide escalated support to Service Desk and other business centers -Manage assigned incidents and requests and ensure incidents are updated and resolved in a timely manner-Monitor scheduled tasks and processes to ensure successful completion and troubleshoot issues as necessary and resolve found issues in a timely manner -Create and maintain technical documentation as it relates to software and system configurations -Review procedural documentation and recommend updates as necessary -Proactively monitor hardware, software and related infrastructure to detect and recommend resolutions to problems and ensure uninterrupted operations -Assist with remediation of assigned issues found during audit scans on data center and property systems -Be a resource to the Technical Services Team for upcoming customer projects
