Concurrent Consulting, LLC was founded by Christopher Both in 2010 to meet the growing demand of complex Concur Travel and Expense clients demanding consultancy services, project management, and functional business expertise. With Concur’s phenomenal growth, they often cannot provide large, complex enterprises with a dedicated resource with a functional background and expert level knowledge of the Concur T&E application.Concurrent Consulting started initially serving investment banks and large conglomerates with very complex requirements and large employee bases. Since 2012, Concurrent Consulting has been working with pharmaceutical and life sciences companies requiring functional knowledge of their industries compliance framework, Sarbanes Oxley, and health care professional (HCP) spending analysis.Concurrent Consulting has successfully implemented Concur Travel and Expense in five successive engagements for highly complex global enterprises with multiple integration points and ever-changing IT environments. Full responsibility for internal, tax and GAAP reporting along with financial management for a $466 million real estate loan fund. Worked through several loan foreclosures including foreclosure of pledged entities holding real estate as collateral. Investment reporting guide entity with several pools of REO properties and loans valued under SFAS 157.Managed property level reporting for all Real Estate Owned assets and managed cash-traps for non-performing loans.Responsible for servicing over 70 pools of loans with various securitization traunches. Worked with larger back office team to implement Investran for the fund.

Responsible for Project Management roles as well as functioning leader for development and construction reporting, all corporate payment systems, and payroll (processed in-house).Initiated, created and implemented several major initiatives in a four year program to automate reporting and reduce internal control and reporting risks:- Web based travel procurement and payment program (Concur) integrated with a Visa program through USBank.- Implemented HR and Payroll portal integrated into the in-house payroll system- Designed and spearheaded a custom solution in SharePoint for a single paper intensive development project review and payment draw approval process that reduced finance hours spent from 80 per month to 5 minutes.
