- Lead and develop a team of seven mid-level managers and 300 associates by embodying Amazon’s Leadership Principles and implementing data-based decision making on various processes throughout the Sort Center utilizing various benchmarking tools and real-time data.- Single Threaded Leader (STL) for site for Delivery Estimate Arrival (DEA), Quality, and Problem Solve Benchmarking by reporting daily metrics and bridging any gaps in metrics. Advised site lead on how to improve performance in these areas daily.
