Christopher K. Bourland, MAI is a licensed commercial real estate appraiser. He prepares real estate appraisals, as well as engages in real estate consultation assignments, for real property located in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.Mr. Bourland has experience appraising multi-tenanted office complexes, residential subdivisions, conservation easements, multi-family properties, industrial properties, commercial land and other property types. Mr. Bourland has provided consultation and appraisal services relating to properties involved in litigation.In 2009, Mr. Bourland received a Juris Doctor degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law with honors in the business and entrepreneurship law concentration. During law school, he founded the Real Estate Law Organization and was a judicial extern for Justice James J. Fitzgerald III, senior judge of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bourland is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bourland received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Millersville University of Pennsylvania in 2004.
