• Inherited SoftGrid 4.2 project and rebuilt the infrastructure to Application Virtualization 4.6SP. Repackaged 500+ applications to fit the new version and support Windows 7 32/64bit and 2008 RDS. Added group policy and client deployment support for App-V users. Fully documented server and client configurations. Currently maintain and evolve App-V to fit changing software and environment needs for over 22,000 clients throughout the district.• Lead small teams to accomplish full scale reimaging of schools and administrative campus, as well as project based teams for various purposes such as equipment deployment and troubleshooting environmental issues.• Solely responsible for maintaining a high school’s IT needs for over 800 computers, 125 staff members, and over 2300 students.• Maintained 4 separate elementary schools with over 150 computers, 30 staff members, and 600 students apiece.• Technical support for Tier I and lower TSS members.• Researched, purchased, and installed Polycom CMA, RMX, and two internal VBPs to update the ISDN video conference link with KORRS.
