Lead and represent Fraud Operations on companywide product enhancement initiatives, while ensuring all Fraud Operations functional areas requirements are accounted for and successfully tested prior to product launch. Coordinate test plan creation and testing on product enhancement initiatives that impact Fraud Operations. Responsible for identifying, researching and proposing policy changes. Responsible for serving as support for system issues that may arise. Accountable for managing and facilitating Fraud Operations recurring Top Initiative Review process, the Policy Review Committee (PRC), and completing the Strategic Initiatives/HPI team’s monthly business letter (MBR).

Manage Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) Issues supporting all lines of business within the Risk Operations Fraud Prevention Services Claims Assistance Center (ROFPS CAC). Identify potential risk arising from inadequate controls and assists with implementing enhanced controls to mitigate future risks. Implement strategic plans for operations to ensure robust controls, including process maps, risk control matrices and testing the processes. Participates in and provides consulting and support for projects and initiatives related to control breakdowns. Executes testing strategies, which evaluates the adequacy and effectiveness of policies, procedures, processes, initiatives, and internal controls. Redesign process workflows as necessary to adapt to changes in procedure, policy, product, or service changes. managing SHRP (regulatory/compliance) issues and observations that impact Fraud Operations’ lines of business. Co-manage our Policy Review and Procedure Advisory teams.
