• In addition to the responsibilities from the previous roles I assumed the additional responsibilities:
• Managed team and drove the alignment of Foliage’s certified Quality Management System and Altran’s CFR 50 Appendix b compliant Quality System.
• Leading, and participant in, the extension (development, certification and enforcement) of the Altran Quality Management System for ISO 13485, AS9100 (includes ISO 9001) as well as compliance to IEC 62304, ISO 26262.
• Oversight and preparation and successful completion of Altran’s NUPIC (nuclear) Audit to the NRC standard CFR 50 Appendix b.
• for the auditing and compliance of the Altran Energy division
• Managing expanded QA team for the enforcement of Altran’s Systems Quality across 7 offices.

• Responsible for remote management of test engineers located in Bangalore and Coimbatore, India.
• Responsible for the addition of two additional delivery centers and the management of the remote test resources
• Extension and mentoring of the test group to incorporate skills and tool to address mobile testing.

• Responsible for test engineer and QA staff management with responsibilities for task estimation and scoping, budget, schedule, staffing, hiring and recruiting, personnel performance appraisal and mentoring.
• Responsible for the creation and staffing of Foliage’s Export Control compliance group.
• Responsible for the maintenance and enforcement of Foliage’s Security Processes.
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance and enforcement of Foliage’s ITAR and EAR Export compliance program as corporate export control office.
• Responsible for the creation, maintenance, registration effort and enforcement of Foliage’s ISO 9001 certified Quality Management System.

• Responsible for test engineer staff management with responsibilities for task estimation and scoping, budget, schedule, staffing, hiring and recruiting, personnel performance appraisal and mentoring.
• Responsible for compliance to various standards (DO-178x, General principles of Software Validation) applied during project execution.
• Key contributor to Foliage’s most critical strategic engagements and software development projects. Lead consultant, Principle QA, Principle Test Engineer, mentor for dozens of software development projects in.

• Joined a startup as the sole test engineer.
• Acted as project QA with responsibility for compliance to various standards (DO-178x) applied during project execution.

• Responsible for interaction/coordination with the FAA designated engineering representative (DER) and FAA personnel conducting Stage of Involvement (SOI) Audits
