• Inchcape are a global Vehicle sales and services company, who have recently setup several centralised central Finance service centres.Project role to improve processes surrounding the manufacturer vehicle bonus accrued.
• Implemented several controls in the month end accrual process to increase accuracy
• Helped create and develop several new reporting documents for greater transparency within the accrued income balance sheet
• Replaced several manual processes within accounts payable to drastically reduce the time taken to process bonus credit notes from the manufacturer
• Investigated and resolved several large issues of non-payment with the manufacturers and implemented a tracking system so that the progress of significant issues could easily be reported
• Reduced level of overdue debt by rigorous investigation and developing a proactive approach towards bonuses due to be paid.

Outgoing is part of a group of companies that run student travel and music festivals. They have successfully setup and run Snowbombing and Festival Number 6 for several years and continue to grow into new spaces in Festival ticket services.I am responsible for the management accounts of three of the groups companies preparing wages journals monthly.

Fully responsible for compiling monthly Management Accounts for R.O.EYE and its subsiduary. Full responsibility for UK accounts end to End.Processing of Purchase orders Purchase invoice and managing the Purchase ledger payments. Completing bank reconcilliations, UK payroll for office staff and site based staff (salary/hours rates) completing payroll year end including P11d's, filing company VAT returns. Liasing with colleagues to reconcile.
