Technology Transfer Manager
CurrentProvide leadership and assistance to a large group of university researchers. Activities include: technical review, market identification and financial analyses of commercial opportunities; promotion and marketing of new technologies to commercial enterprises; facilitation of and assistance with patenting; negotiation and monitoring of technology transfer and other agreements (e.g., confidential disclosure agreements, technology licenses); and the establishment and maintenance of close professional relationships with faculty, staff, students and external stakeholders from industry and the broader community. This is a highly visible position that requires the ability to work under pressure in an environment involving multiple projects and tight timelines.
