Currently I work as Buyer and Customer Service Representative for Wesco Integrated Supply for Pratt & Whitney. I provide the highest level of customer service and support while serving over 6 Departments to process/oversee purchase order execution, product delivery, scheduled agreements, billing adjustments, cancellations, and cost reduction. I complete all jobs on time and in compliance with appropriate regulations, policies and procedures. With each communication and transaction, I provide professional, courteous, enthusiastic and timely service in order to be as helpful as possible. It is always my goal to leave the customer with 100% satisfaction and with a positive outlook of the company I represent. This has contributed immensely to the creation of excellent and long-lasting business relationships. Prior to my current position, I worked as a Warehouse Specialist & Customer Service Representative for over six years at Wesco Integrated Supply Company, an onsite company subcontracted by Pratt & Whitney to provide various sales and services. During my time as a Warehouse Specialist, I grew very familiar with Pratt & Whitney policies and procedures. One of my many job responsibilities was inventory maintenance using Mocha software database; such maintenance was a key component for accurate inventory of parts and materials, a crucial function of the P&W CNC Machine Repairs Department and Facilities divisions. With eight years of supply chain management, logistics, and purchasing experience specifically with non-product & raw materials I know I have what it takes to excel. In addition to my experience and skills, I have the necessary knowledge and drive to succeed. I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in Business, which has allowed me to gain insight to the functional and operational aspects of business. Also I am a hardworking, dedicated, and reliable employee by nature. I put my all into everything I do.
