Chris Bradley is a consultant in Russell Reynolds’s global Industrial & Natural Resources practice. Based between the firm’s London & Dubai offices, he works with energy, infrastructure, aviation and aerospace firms across EMEA to appoint, assess and advise executives. He has a particular interest in energy and the critical energy transition underway, collaborating across the firm and with clients to bring more than 25 years of experience to their business transformation and organizational change requirements. With experience of building high-performing commercial and operations teams, he believes in the importance of partnering with clients in the industrial sector to execute impactful leadership strategies, advising to reshape talent at both board and c-suite level, as organisations build resilience to adapt and grow in a low carbon economy. Previously, Chris spent 15+ years at Chevron in leadership positions in Europe, the U.S. and the Middle East & Africa, including General Manager Middle East. In that role, he held P&L responsibility, redefined regional strategy and led new business development. In parallel as Chevron UAE Country Chair, he led engagements at ministerial level and stewarded global client & regional stakeholder relationships. He also served as the lead director on several non-operated joint venture boards in Europe and the Middle East, partnering with national and international energy companies in infrastructure and storage, lubricants and fuels value chains. He began his career in London with British Airways, covering several commercial functions.
