I am a Certified Professional Landman with the AAPL and a licensed attorney in the state of Oklahoma. I have spent the past 7+ years on the E&P side of the business working the Marcellus Shale of WV, Utica Shale of OH and the Mid-Continent STACK/SCOOP/MERGE play of Oklahoma.My primary focus is in the MidCon STACK/MERGE, where my daily responsibility includes OCC commission work, non-op interest maintenance and the preparation and development of multi-section units for extended lateral development. I have considerable experience with leasing, permitting and drilling of horizontal wells, along with communicating with landowners and other companies to generate high returns for one of the nations leading natural gas producers.I have an extensive background of reviewing oil and gas title opinions, curative title, leasehold ownership reports and various other activities involved in the drilling and production of oil and gas wells.
