Serves as a quality assurance evaluator (QAE) team leader for the Cyber Center of Excellence ensuring they are prepared for their triennial accreditation. Responsible for the assessment of all Signal and Cyber courses, as well as staff functions, to ensure adherence to the Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards, Army Regulations, Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulations, and local regulations. As a team leader, I was responsible for the planning, coordinating, scheduling, and all documentation pertaining to organizational assessments. This includes developing the team, assigning responsibility, making any travel and accommodation reservations, developing a cost analysis, coordinating events with the customers and the team, leading all briefings to senior leadership, reviewing all reports, and staffing the final report.In addition to assessments, I also read, evaluated, and provided corrections and recommendations for regulations, pamphlets, Programs of Instruction, Course Administrative Data, and Standard Operating Procedures. As a result, I provided feedback to the Department of the Army, TRADOC, the Cyber Center of Excellence, and the Signal and Cyber Schools. While assigned as a QAE, participated in the Evaluator's Certification Program, certified as a Master Evaluator.Proficient in the use of MS word, Power Point, Excel, and Outlook. Utilizes Global Electronic Approval Routing System (GEARS), Training Development Capability (TDC), SharePoint, Training Management Scheduling System (TMSS), Installation Status Report-Infrastructure (ISR-I), and Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS).

Responsible for the health, welfare, and training of 34 soldiers. Supervised the installation, operation and maintenance of Warfighter Information Network-Tactical equipment valued at over $100 million. Managed and prioritized workload of subordinates. Coordinated and prepared teams for deployment and redeployment on a cyclic rotation, and communicated with higher and adjacent headquarters for mission requirements. Successfully prepared, deployed, and redeployed 15 teams throughout the European theater of operations. Prepared a PowerPoint slide deck for weekly and quarterly meetings to report the current state of my platoon. Wrote, reviewed, and processed award citations regularly, validating content and ensuring accuracy for expeditious processing.

Responsible for the health, welfare, accountability, personal and professional development, and training of 14 personnel. Ensured the maintenance, accountability, and operations of over $14 million worth of communications equipment. Routinely planned, coordinated, and executed troop movements, field exercises, live fire ranges, and served as the range safety officer. Regularly used MS Office programs such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word to create and teach classes, create tracking mechanisms, and draft formal memorandums.

Provided supervision over unit's training requirements to ensure and enhance the unit's readiness. Responsible for the training and records management for 100 soldiers. Forecasted and coordinated school seats, developed and published the unit's training calendar and schedules, and input personnel data into the training management system. Maintained all training support materials for the company. Produced training materials as necessary and ensured that the platoons had the requisite materials for training. Evaluated all training to ensure that the execution met the intent and that standards were met. Conducted after action reviews for insight into sustains and improves to ensure that training continued to improve.

Oversaw and conducted the transportation of ammunition, explosives, and other hazardous materials within the United States and Germany. Managed 10 Ammunition (rocket) Resupply Crews, and served as a Multiple Launch Rocket System Crew Chief.

Processed, prepared and shipped all online and telephonic orders worldwide. Processed credit card information, created shipping labels through mail carrier software, packed and shipped commercial goods. Conducted weekly inventories of shipping supplies and ordered supplies as necessary.
