As a Developer for Washing School District I worked with the other developer to build internal web applications for different departments in the district. I regularly met with the head of departments requesting new applications for requirements gathering, as well as work with the rest of the development team to discuss the design architecture of the requested application. My work with Washing School District ran through the entire development life cycle

In charge of the QA Technicians, it was my job to delegate testing tasks and regression tests to the Technicians. I also worked closely with the developers and project managers to set QA deadlines, establish milestones and write test cases for upcoming and ongoing projects.

The second line of support for U-Haul. As a QA Technician I would work directly with developers and the first line of support to ensure all needs were being met. This included the testing of all new developer changes to the system, and writing detailed bugs reports via Team Foundation Server.

As application support it was my duty to ensure that the U-Haul Contact center was always running smoothly. I was the first line of support for all hardware and software support. I would regularly work with the U-Haul Help desk, and communication with second line of support to ensure no issues fell though the cracks.
