Murex has been a pioneer in the development of capital markets trading software (Mx.3), now utilized by over 50,000 professionals worldwide.In my role with the Production & Architecture Consultants Client Services (PAC CS) team, we serve as the final point of escalation in the technical teams' hierarchy before an issue reaches Murex developers.As a member of PAC CS, my responsibilities include:- Ensuring stability, optimal performance, and operability of clients' production, UAT, and SIT environments.- Providing feedback and acting as a liaison between clients and developers' teams.- Proactively following up to ensure timely resolution of clients' issues.- Conducting technical training for clients and newcomers.- Visiting clients during go-lives to facilitate a smooth transition to Mx.3.During my tenure at Murex, I have:- Led an implementation project for one of Murex's clients in Kuwait.- Directed client support for three major clients in the Gulf region.- Contributed to the support of LCH and SG in the UK.- Played a key role in the successful go-live of two clients in the KSA and one in South Africa, being present on-site.- Delivered Murex advanced architecture training to clients in Turkey (Garanti BBVA).- Provided Murex architecture training to a newcomer after five months at Murex.- Conducted Murex architecture training for a client with 27 attendees.- Executed performance testing for two clients by developing automation scripts to streamline manual work.- Managed test campaigns for three clients.- Oversaw four implementation/upgrade projects and seven support projects.- Proactively resolved challenging support cases for multiple clients.- Demonstrated team spirit by consistently assisting newcomers and organizing team outings.- Participated in the 'Client Care Training,' and 'Feedback Loop Training' focusing on teaching consultants communication skills and constructive feedback to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.

In my final year of my bachelor's, I worked as a freelance tutor for school students. - Improved my students' critical thinking by teaching them to question what they learn which was directly reflected in their performance in Math and Physics courses.- Learned time management which was reflected in my college grades and performance.

BMW Group is the world's leading premium manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles and also provides premium financial and mobility services. TV2I is the department I took part in during my internship at BMW. Its' target was to develop in-house robots to optimize the car manufacturing process.As a member of TV2I, my role as a Computer Vision Engineer consisted of: - Developing computer vision and machine learning features in sprints for two robots.- Improving the robots' datasets to make them more accurate. - Implementing the robot on client site. - Presenting new ideas for robot development. During my time in TV2I, i have: - Developed and implemented new computer vision features by conducting research which allowed for more accurate results.- Succeeded in the implementation of a robot in the BMW Leipzig plant. - Presented a new design idea to one of the mobile robots which was introduced in the newer versions. - Trained and improved datasets using Tensorflow and Darknet frameworks.

Part of P.O.TECH Group, OBSoft was founded in response to an emerging need for secure, optimized, and robust solutions. OBSoft was a startup at the time of my internship.As an intern at OBSoft, my role was to:- Develop an Android mobile application "Ride app" from scratch in two months. - Communicate with other interns working on the IOS version to synchronize the application design and functionalities. During my time in OBSoft, I have: - Developed the front end of the application from scratch. - Learned Android application development using Android studio. - Learned new code management techniques for better code readability.
