I led a 22 person team responsible for the safety of the 5000 member crew while the ship was underway. We managed the wind for the F/A-18's during their maneuvers and also performed dozens of underway replenishments - where two giant ships maintain a distance of 160 feet over several hours, while transferring fuel and supplies.
