Promoted to this critical leadership role to spearhead the installation and management of cloud financial operations tooling, enabling AT&T to convert the cloud FinOps operation to new technology and provide a single source for all cloud spend and resources. Completed installation of CloudCheckr in 2017 and then repeated process for the conversion to CloudHealth the following year. Served as administrator of each tool post-implementation.➡️ Completed the successful conversion from CloudCheckr to CloudHealth, involving the deployment of 12 AWS Master Payer accounts, 8 Azure enrollments, Oracle cloud, and a proof of concept for VrOps integration.➡️ Mapped out the entire AT&T organizational structure into CloudHealth. Built the structure eight layers deep, covering 100+ separate organizational units, 800+ AWS accounts, and more than 4,000 Azure subscriptions.➡️ Developed and executed strategies to seamlessly integrate new tools into company’s AWS and Azure infrastructure.➡️ Managed $150,000 professional services budget over two years to ensure successful rollout of CloudHealth.➡️ Conducted in-depth assessment of existing Azure services and discovered $10M+ of overspend. Simultaneous to cloud FinOps role, managed administration functions for multiple AT&T enrollments. Created more than 300 billing-level accounts and moved 1,000+ subscriptions between Azure billing accounts.

Supported internal supply chain teams in sourcing new technologies. Provided training to enable a better product understanding for contract administration. Planned and led multiple large-scale events with 100+ suppliers for next-generation virtualized solutions. Managed domain 2.0 program for global supply chain.Designed a training plan for 50+ key sourcing mangers to educate them on: network virtualization, cloud basics and key terms for upcoming cloud/virtualization sourcing. Evaluated multiple training vendors, settled on Pluralsight. Designed the training program and administered the program with reporting up to the EVP of AT&T Global Sourcing.Speaker at the AT&T D2 conference providing key vendors with information about the AT&T Domain 2.0 vision and answering they questions about the process.

Subject matter expert for deep packet inspection and IPv6. Served as lead for the review of more than 100 projects annually to ensure alignment with target architectures while achieving IPv6 readiness. Prepared detailed briefs for senior management, including AT&T Legal and Regulatory. Partnered with IP/MPLS network architects and helped develop strategies to leverage IP Quality of Service to control network traffic. Received two patents.

Oversaw a 2,000-sq. ft. lab, directed lab test programs, and performed testing of IP/MPLS router technology from multiple companies. Created and led test program for the BellSouth Border Gateway Router sourcing event. Tested Deep Packet Inspection technology and VOIP monitoring technologies.
